If you are on a 5GB package it was raised from 2GB/month f.o.c. some time ago, the 30GB package is simply a fiver/month more which is excellent value.

ive noticed that youved rasised the cap to 30gb, will us exsisting customers be getting our caps raised because mine is still at 5gb

This contains important information regarding your broadband account.
 
Over the past few months we have noticed an increase in the number of Customers who are exceeding the agreed allowance on their broadband account.
As a result, we have been left with no alternative but to start applying a supplementary fee to those Customers who choose to exceed their allowance.
 
We will be sending emails out twice per month to those Customers we estimate will overshoot their allowance but your usage can be monitored throughout the calendar month from within your online management tool from our homepage.
 
Invoices will be raised on the first of the month for the previous calendar-month's excess at rate of ?1/GB (exc a 50p surcharge on total) and can be paid from within your online account management tool.
