This work around is now in place which should allow the remaining customers to fully connect.

The majority of customers are currently back online however there are a number who are being refused access as our systems think they are already online.
While this would automatically clean itself up in an hour or so, we are writing a workaround which will be in place within the next 5 minutes to allow the remaining customers online.

Customers are now starting to reconnect as normal, please allow 5-10 minutes to regain full connectivity.

We are currently investigation an interruption to service for the above mentioned users.
We envisage a very quick resolution on this.
